Does your painter dispose of there paint waste responsibly? Solid paint, sludge or brush wash should not be poured down the drain! The Dulux Envirosolutions Envirowash System is an innovative, water based treatment system that turns paint wash-out into treated water and solid waste, allowing for easier and safer disposal. The Dulux Envirosolutions Envirowash System provides a responsible way of washing out painting tools, such as brushes and rollers, and minimises the negative impact of traditional paint waste disposal methods. It turns paint wash-out into treated water and solid waste and is for use with water based paints and water based timber coatings.

Todd shows us how to use the @dulux ES 160P to dispose Complete Painting and Repair paint wash-out and waste responsibly. Keeping the environment, is home Diamond Creek and its community cleaner and safer.

Complete Painting and Repair clean all painting equipment through our Envirowash system. Once this is completed, the waste and any old paint tins are taken to Paintback at Banyule Waste Recovery Centre for disposal.

Paintback is driven by the Australian paint industry and the major companies that supply around 90% of all the architectural and decorative (A&D) paint sold in Australia. Paintback’s founding members are Dulux, Haymes, PPG, Resene and Wattyl.

As an independent not-for-profit organisation, Paintback is funded through a 15 cent plus GST per litre levy on eligible products, between 1 litre and 20 litres inclusive.
